Animal dealers and exhibitors must obtain a license, and research facilities, carriers, and intermediate handlers must obtain a registration.

The AWA and its associated regulations seek to ensure the humane handling, care, treatment, and transportation of certain warm-blooded animals used or intended for use in research, exhibition, or as pets. As part of your event registration, personal contact data such as name, address, and email address will be collected and used by AWWA Show Management and approved third-parties affiliates, including exhibitors and sponsors, for ACE23. Information Release, Conference Policies, and Code of Conduct:īy registering for an AWWA event or program, attendees agree to abide by the conference policies and code of conduct. Registration fees are dependent on the herd classification of the first owner of record who will need to request registration: Standard or Verified. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to or fax requests to 303.347.0804. After April 21, 2023 cancellations will not be refunded however, substitute registrants are welcome. All cancellations dated on or before April 21, 2023 will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. AWWA must receive cancellations in writing.
